Delete Hey-bit App Account

If you would like to delete your Hey-bit account and all related data, please email us using the information below.

How to request deletion

Send an email to:

Use the subject line:

Delete my Hey-bit account

Please include the following details in your email:

- Your registered phone number (with country code)

- Your registered email ID (if any)

- Reason for deletion (optional)

What data will be deleted

Once your deletion request is processed, the following data will be permanently removed:

- Profile details (name, phone number, profile photo)

- Habit and routine data

- App usage data and preferences

- Device-related and usage analytics

Processing time

- Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days

- Backup logs (if any) may retain data for up to 90 days before permanent removal

- Account deletion is irreversible
