Terms & Conditions for Hey-bit

Welcome to Hey-bit ("App"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Hey-bit mobile application provided by us. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.


1. Description of Service

Hey-bit is a habit tracking and routine management application designed to help users build better habits and track their progress.


2. Hey-bit Premium (Subscriptions/Purchases)

We offer a premium subscription service called "Hey-bit Premium" which provides access to advanced features, enhanced analytics, and additional customisation options.


2.1 Subscription Plans

Subscription details, including features and pricing, are displayed within the App. Pricing is subject to change, and any changes will be communicated as required by store policies.


2.2 Billing and Auto-Renewal

• Payment Processing: All payments are processed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. • Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.


2.3 Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your App Store or Google Play account settings. • Refunds: All refund requests must be handled directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not have the technical ability to issue refunds for store purchases.


2.4 Free Trials

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that publication, where applicable.


3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. • You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. • You must not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the App's security or functionality.


4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.


5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hey-bit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.


6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.


7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page or through an in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.


8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction/Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Delete Hey-bit App Account

If you would like to delete your Hey-bit account and all related data, please email us using the information below.
